Central Management Team

Bruce is Executive Chairman of Adstream. He is also a director of the private investment company Paul Ramsay Holdings Pty Ltd and a member of the Executive Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the British Library Board.
Previously, Bruce was CEO of Sensis Pty Ltd for seven years, Chairman and Director of Foxtel for twelve, and a director of Soufun, the leading Chinese real estate portal. Bruce left Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 1996, having served seventeen years as Managing Partner. He then joined Telstra as General Counsel and served in numerous positions for sixteen years.
A lawyer by training, Bruce brings strong skills in administration, business, finance and law to the Adstream team.
Having recently joined Adstream, Gerry brings considerable depth of experience in complex operating environments, IT, and systems architecture. Along with a robust technology background, he is also a seasoned business manager with experience in media and advertising markets.
Prior to joining Adstream, Gerry worked for Telstra in Australia, responsible for its 50% interest in Foxtel, an AUD$3bn TV business in partnership with News Limited.
Gerry was a board member of Foxtel for 6 years. He was also COO of Sensis, a 100% subsidiary owning the Yellow Pages brand. Gerry was largely responsible for the Sensis digital and IT strategy, which has dramatically grown its digital revenues in recent years.
Gerry's association with Adstream goes back to 2004 when on behalf of Telstra, he acquired an interest in the Australian arm of Adstream.
The champion of Adstream’s business vision, Ian leads our product strategy, marketing and corporate partnerships.
With a passion for founding media start-ups and dissecting a new market, Ian has been growing businesses in Australia and the UK since graduating from London Business School with an MBA.
He joined Adstream in 2012, and has amassed a stunning amount of frequent flyer points in his quest to develop sound partnerships with some of the largest brands and media companies in the world. With a background in strategy consulting, Ian brings experience working with large brands and helping them adjust to the changing world.
Warwick has spent over 30 years in the media sector and held positions as CFO and CEO in publicly listed companies in the US and Australia. He is a qualified lawyer and CPA, and holds an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Daniel Mark has been Adstream’s CFO since 2009. He has played a key role in the financial management of the company's expansion in Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Asia.

Before joining Adstream, Daniel was Head of Finance at Columbia Records and Sony BMG UK, where he was involved in their re-engineering process.
Lisa has been in the advertising industry for over twenty five years. She worked in account management for leading agencies in the UK and North America during the 80s and early 90s including a spell brand-side. In 1996 seeing a niche opportunity in the market she opened the doors at The Traffic Bureau (TTB) to provide outsourced TV admin services to agencies, advertisers and brands. Eighteen years later, TTB is the largest outsourced traffic specialist in the UK and the only one with international expertise. In 2006 she joined forces with Adstream and TTB became a wholly owned subsidiary enabling a truly end to end service. In recent years Lisa has undertaken a much broader role within the Adstream world and now oversees all global operations including her indomitable team at TTB.
